# CITIES GLOBALLY UNITED (ГОРОДА БЕЗ ГРАНИЦ)

> A research edition about how cities work as connected systems: landscape, everyday life, history and the decisions that shape a shared future. Every claim is tied to a place, a time and a source; plans are kept separate from observed results. No rankings, no claimed partnerships.

Languages: en, ru, fr, es, ar, zh (same structure under /<lang>/). Editorial edition: 10 September 2026.
